[Assuming daytime. It may not be the best of weather today, but Ritsuka is outside regardless, sitting on a bench in the main circle as he looks through the journal. [With all this snow, he obviously isn't really going to venture outside. So that leaves him indoors - with Soubi - and on the border line of being bored stiff.
