Ingredients - cake

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

I got this off of Recipezaar, recipe #26479. I think they turned out more on the crispy side than chewy, but I ate them right out of the freezer so I'm not quite sure. :)
