I can't believe that in just 11 days it will be a year since I left!!

My kids and I have been so happy. It's wonderful living a life with no fighting, no yelling, and where we don't have to walk on eggshells on a daily basis.

My son Michael's father has always been an asshole. When Michael was born, he refused to pick him up or cuddle him. He told me not to do the night time feeds in the bedroom because he couldn't stand the sound of Michael's suckling on the bottle. One thing (amongst many) that  has always bothered me about my husband, is the fact that he thinks men are far more superior than women. I have always considered men and women equal.
So it really gets my blood boiling when he comes out with things like "I make the final decisions because I am the man" .....why?......  I have always scoffed at this ( Read more... )

Well, that was odd.....

I logged into LJ, and noticed I had 1 message - a comment on an entry, apparently... but all it said was "you are not authorised to view this comment".....  so why did LJ  even bother to send me the message then??

Just wondering  - was Faith supposed to be Canadian?  Sometimes she said words like "about" as "aboot" etc - and in the episode where Faith and Buffy swapped bodies, SMG pronounced the word as "aboot" like Faith would do......

Yesterday evening my husband called me a fuckwit - he told me the house was a mess and that I was fat and lazy - he told me I was ugly and was "decomposing" - he told me I was boring - he accused me of spending all his money -  and he told me that he hated me and wanted a divorce.
