Today is the sixth anniversary of my first date with trowa_barton! Six years later, we are still full of love, silliness, schmoop, and squee. I am a very lucky woman. :)

My aunt called me last night to let me know that she's going to become the grandmother of twins in mid-December! My very first first cousin, whom I held as a newborn, is procreating before I am. Oy. :-}

I just got word that one of the kids I used to babysit has just gotten engaged. She was 3 when I started sitting for her and her brothers. I changed her diapers, even. And now she's going to get married. I am simultaneously thrilled for her and overcome with a sense of, "Holy crap, I'm getting old!"

trowa_barton and I are celebrating our first wedding anniversary tomorrow! If we weren't planning on spending the day getting pampered at the Stonehedge Inn, we'd probably think up some entertaining April Fool's Day jape, but, well...I don't know about him, but I can't be arsed to do that when I could be enjoying a hot stone massage instead ( Read more... )

We both woke up before noon today, amazingly enough.
