This morning, I breathed a sigh of relief for much of the state, but remain deeply concerned about the northern part of the state, as well as coastal Georgia and South Carolina. A chilly morning in Providence. We had a low of 44˚F last night. Today, the high will be somewhere in the neighborhood of 67˚F.
