Sunny today. our high was 65F.

I have been making it Outside almost every day, at least for brief walks, since Monday. I will beat this agoraphobia buillshit.

Hot again today. It has been a hot, hot summer, like the hot summers of my childhood. The high was 93˚F, with a heat index 101˚F.

I got no work done today. I woke at 5 a.m., got up at 6 a.m., and pretty much literally sat and stared at the walls for the next three hours.

That was my morning.

I was awakened at 5:44 a.m. by a screeching alert from our phones, because we had a flash flood watch. Because the mother of all thunderstorms was having its way with Red Mountain.
