A sunny day. The high was only 54F.

I slept no more than two and a half hours last night. I wasn't well, and the discomfort kept waking me. About 4:00 a.m. I finally got up, made coffee, and spent a couple of hours working, as best I could, on MP 2.0. But it has been a miserable day.

A foggy night, and then a morning so foggy I couldn't see the other side of the road from my office window. And then a sunny afternoon, and now clouds. Our high was 66˚F.

A long and surprisingly productive day, considering I seem to be mired in a round of insomnia.

I just wasn't up to making a journal entry yesterday. I only got three hours sleep the night before, and as a result I got nothing done and had to cancel a day at McWane. Fortunately, I made up for it last night, sleeping more than eight hours.

Sunny today, and a more summery sky. The sky has been that very cloudless, autumnal blue the last couple of days, what I have often called "the wide carnivorous sky."
