The sun came back today, thank goodness. Our high was 62˚F at the beginning of warm spell that will put us in the 80˚Fs by next weekend. Good-bye February. Hello Spring.

I woke to deep gloom this morning (photo below), but about 3 p.m. the sun emerged, in fits and starts. The temperature made it to 76˚F, which is also our current temperature. My office window is open. It's marvelous. Spring is so near. The trees are getting buds.

Cold here today. Currently, it's 36˚F, with the windchill 21˚F. I fucking loathe March in Rhode Island. It's actually worse than January in Rhode Island.
