The sun came back today, thank goodness. Our high was 62˚F at the beginning of warm spell that will put us in the 80˚Fs by next weekend. Good-bye February. Hello Spring.

A good day. I feel like I got a lot done.

And yes, it was rainy and dark, but I still got a lot done. Our high was only 53˚F.

Here's an interesting thing. Inverse relationships between my writing fiction and writing scientific papers. With fiction, I can write more than a thousand words in about an hour, and while I may line edit, I essentially never actually rewrite; usually, what you see in print is what I wrote in that hour.
