Tonight I unpacked two boxes of stuff that my mom gave me when I moved into my current home. For basically my entire life, my mom has been packing boxes full of stuff that belongs to me, that she planned to give me when I was grown up and settled enough to use it. I've read some books lately that were worth commenting on, for various reasons.
