What are the requirements? Transgender attorney Phyllis Frye told me that in order to get a court ordered gender change, allowing me to be able to change the sex on my birth certificate,I would need to have both top surgery and a hysto, here in Texas. Does anyone have any information on changing one's birth certificate in Colorado?  I live in Oregon now and have my ID, passport, and SS card in my correct name and gender but haven't been able to change my birth certificate yet.  I've emailed the county clerk's office in my hometown, but never heard back.  Any info would be great.
