It's too hot and sticky to get much done today. It's only 86 degrees, which isn't horrid but couple that with 55% humidity and it feels pretty icky! Insomnia Girl didn't wake up until 1:00 PM so we don't have much of a day left. I still have to get a coffeemaker because I don't want have to run up to 7-11 tomorrow for coffee to stop another ( Read more... )

SLS is fine on my hair, but I'm not allowed to use it on my body because my skin's had too much damage.

SLS dries my hair right out and makes it feel and look like straw. Never going back. :)

How does your scalp/skin feel? My scalp and hair gets greasy if I don't shampoo... is there a secret?

My scalp feels fine. The secret for me was to keep doing it. The first week or so, my scalp itched but then it stopped producing so much oil and it was fine. My hair wasn't greasy either. If my scalp does get itchy from sweat, I use non SLS soap on it and that clears it up but I rarely need to do that.
