Ads promoting hair straightening which state that straight hair is sexy and curly hair isn't. Um, no. Actually I think they can be equally sexy. I love my wild, curly mane and I don't need it straightened to feel sexy. Hrumph.

The pook and I are off to Devachan today. Then maybe we'll wander over to beading shops after that.

Oh and btw, knocking an entire bead box full of tiny beads, clasps and crimp beads on the floor truly sucks. Just saying. Oy.

I was trying for something subtle, like what was on the box. So, not only is my hair dry and brittle now but it's burgundy red! Cool color but so NOT what I had in mind.

It's too hot and sticky to get much done today. It's only 86 degrees, which isn't horrid but couple that with 55% humidity and it feels pretty icky! Insomnia Girl didn't wake up until 1:00 PM so we don't have much of a day left. Haircuts today for me and Bree. Four times a year I actually let someone pamper me without feeling uncomfortable. Four times a year I look forward to indulging myself.
