I just struggled with the new Verizon DSL modem for 2 hours...and it won. =/ I had to re-install the old one just so the desktop can get internet. I don't know what's wrong with the new one- I'm pretty sure I can install it on my laptop, but it won't install on the desktop. It's amazing the people you see in Price Chopper at 10pm the night before classes start. =) And yes, I was one of them. =) I was just happy to be there before midnight. And get out of there before midnight. Especially since I had class at 8am! My first 8am class ever...my senior year. Go figure. And what does my prof do- dims the lights. ( Read more... )
