At times life is wicked and I just can't see the light
A silver lining sometimes isn't enough
To make some wrongs seem right
Whatever life brings
I've been through everything
And know I'm on my knees again

But I know I must go on
Although I hurt I must be strong
Because inside I know that many feel this way

hello, i found this entry through the recent posts on the homepage....just wanted to say that i love Creed but i love that sone especially. This livejournal is just a bunch of my poems and random thoughts...it's locked so you would have to reply to this comment for me to add you as a friend. But I also have a more general "updates on my life" type of journal at lhe06qb16.....but you don't have to go and look at it if you don't want to....I was just interested to meet some new people

That was really well done. And a much needed read while I take finals and stuff. Thanks.

And I didn't know about Engineers Without Borders. That's really cool.

I just recently found out about EWB. Sounds really really good, especially since Doctors without Borders is so big. =)

EWB seems like such an awesome opportunity... I really may be looking into doing that for at least a little while in my life.

The projects they undertake seem incredible =)

Awesome post, with all the links.

I was in my parents car on my way to MY church. Did a double-take for you. :-) Which one do you go to? I'm at NYCAC on Delancey. Never knew you went to church in Chinatown.

I was on my way to CEMC, 97 Madison St. =)
I've been going to CEMC for 5 years now...although my parents used to go there when I was a baby and before that...so it feels like we've been there forever.
Why do I think I've never heard of NYCAC?
