I finally broke down and did it.

I turned my heat on.

Brrr!!!

We actually had a frost last night. In fact, there is still a patch of it on my front lawn where the sun has not touched yet.

Right now it is 39 degrees (4 C).

Brrr!!

I love "winter" in Florida. For a too-short time, I get to turn the air conditioning off and open all the windows. I get to wear jeans and long-sleeve shirts, and on the best, coldest, nights I have a blanket I spread on top of my comforter.

There's just one catch: I can't breathe throughout all of this.

Both books 3 and 6 of the Lymond Chronicles came today in the mail. So now I have the whole series, and that makes me a very happy EMB.
