How could they call an episode Ugly when it features so much pretty, especially of the Lisa Edelstein variety? I mean, LE was rocking some serious black-and-white, my friends. I have random caps of her from the episode just because she made me go all slack-jawed in wonder at her Unbelievable Gorgeousness.

is it just me, or is the medicine this season getting a bit of a short shrift? I find myself struggling now to follow some of the cases, partly because the explanations get all muddled up with the new characters and the need to give them time to speak and everything.

No, I also think the medicine is a little more muddled up now. I understand most of what they’re saying, but sometimes, not so much.

I'm pretty certain Taub isn't pretty enough to make it to the final 3, but I'm glad House kept him around at least another week.

Well actually, he’s one of the final three, lol.

I have a feeling the colour parts of the episode were spruced up and made richer this episode, just to serve as a really great contrast to the documentary stuff

Yes, see, that's my problem - I understand enough of it to still get the plot, the writers are good enough to make sure I know the most important stuff and everything. But... I don't know. They are taking less time with the medicine, I think, and that shows.

EXACTLY. And he hangs around her so much these days, I love it! I love how he watched the video with HER and not Wilson! *dies* See, I can understand why he's watching it with her - he mentions quite sarcastically that the video wasn't sent over and hints that she must have stolen it somehow. But she probably has reason to do so, ( ... )

She probably called him up to let him know she had a copy. If he had been the one who'd been sent and/or stolen the video, I guess it'd have been 50-50 who he'd have asked to see it with him, Wilson or Cuddy.

*pouts* Agh, I'll just ignore that fact. He was so comfortable around her anyway, so it's not as though he wouldn't have wanted to watch it with her if HE'D been the one to steal it. :)

Oh, and ITA about House having loosened up a lot these days, so the only type of sex that'll be likely to happen is happy or drunk (?!) sex.

No worries, m'dear! I'm kind of glad Taub is staying - so unexpected a decision!! I totally wouldn't have guessed it. I'm so glad the House writers continue to intrigue me this way :)

And I love Happy!House - it's really nice to see him have some fun for a change, and to be so engaged in dealing with new people and new situations in life that the pain actually seems to be taking a back seat. Nice - definitely opens up the possibilities of having an *ahem* relationship with Cuddy. ;) Which is what you know we ALL want...!!!

God, I don't know where to start. I loved this SO much. If I had to quote my favourite bits I'd quote the entire post. YOU ARE MADE OF SO MUCH WIN. This seriously brightened up my day. *g* Thank you SO much. *huge hugs*

Pretty much exactly as it would be if these two had been schtupping for a few months already - some of their conversations feel pretty much like they've been carried over from Cuddy's boudoir.We're in total agreement here. There's just SOMETHING different. Their banter has so much meaning yet they look 110% comfortable with each other, even more so than usual. A lot of the time I get the impression they're openly flirting wih each other, not even hiding it, and just enjoying it. I mean that whole final scene gives me the fuzzies. He's hanging out with her, drinking coffee and watching the movie. ( ... )

You are not the only one in danger of believing that you have gone gay permanently. Seriously. You've said just about everything that I thought (and will later post by tomorrow night because i'm too swamped with cramming for my midterm tomorrow, yuck). The ROCKSTAR pose! I didn't catch it til I rewatched that scene and my jaw DROPPED. If Taub hadn't pushed House into the exam room, House would've been ALL over right then and there. Screw the public, I'm gonna screw Cuddy right here, right now. ;) AND THE LEGS! (i fail at observation and didn't catch this until i kept rewatching the scene and saw Cuddy's legs on the table.) OH.MY.GOODNESS. Can I just tell you how jealous I am of her legs and just how frickin' muscular they are. Beautiful. Cuddy's rockstar pose - yes, I can't imagine that House wouldn't have gone over there right away and savaged her if he hadn't been distracted by Taub. (Dang Taub!) Just look at the way the woman is standing! Her legs in that scene are just jawdroppingly lovely too. She's too hot to be BELIEVED, this woman. How did House concentrate on the tv when he had that much hotness next to him, just waiting to combust ( ... )
