my freshman mock trial team swept at districts and finished 5th of 19 teams. i can't even begin to express how proud i am of these kids. it is so satisfying to see them improve and perform so well. they won't be going to state, because they gave their spot to the obviously much deserving varsity, but i'm confident that these kids will do ( Read more... )

i'm completely exhausted. i watched four mock trials today at meadowdale. i love mock trial, but once in a while you get one of those terrible trials where the judge is stupid, the cross examinations are outrageous, and the objections are few and inappropriate. and then i want to shoot myself ( Read more... )
