1. it's another spectacular day. i love this non-wintery weather.
2. india arie is playing a show at the moore on march 28th. i can't wait. "video" has been one of my favorite songs since forever. also, of montreal is playing soon. who's up for going to both?
3. my capitol hill posters are staying up for shorter and shorter amounts of time. which makes me sad, but i guess i should be flattered. and then, what am i expecting when i put up watercolored originals? still. it'd be nice to see them up for more than 6 hours.
4. but god, spraypainting is so liberating. i covered the telephone poles with periwinkle hearts yesterday and they look incredibly lovely.
5. i'm kicking myself for not having brought my bicycle with me from italy. i have a lovely old bianchi just rusting in the rome garage. it would have been perfect for seattle this year. also, i miss my countryside bicycle pretty badly. especially using it to ride to the market and bakery and loading up the basket with fresh bread and figs.
6. hm, hmm. my life is all about bad timing.
