I wrote my first letter of recommendation for a student yesterday. How exciting!!!!

I had a wonderful weekend in Central Florida. It was bittersweet to say good bye to all the friends I made while going to college, both undergraduate and graduate, but I am ready to begin the next phase of my life. So it is official...the ceremony/reception location is booked...the dress is bought...it is exactly 1 yr till I get married!!!

I am so happy!! :)

FINISHED!!! Well I handed in my research paper to the Graduate department today and I passed my Oral Exam!!! All I have left is 6 weeks of summer and then I will have my Masters!!!

Tomorrow I go to Florida for a month!!! I get to see Dustin graduate and then spend some time with the family!!!

So I just noticed that today represents exactly 2 yrs that I have been graduated from UCF. Boy has alot happened since then. All I can say is that I am incredibly happy with my life and I wouldn't change a thing ( Read more... )

I finally have a new personal record for my 5K (that is 3.1 miles). I ran the Queen City 5K today...it was actually on and around the Austin Peay campus...and finished in 29:34!!! I am so excited!!! Next up...the 1/2 marathon on the 29th. I cant wait!!!
