November already...
Well I am at work...not doing much of anything. Just waiting for my girls to start practice. I am not really going to be posting much. But I figured I would update about how life in California has been the last few months. Let me just say....what a whirlwind. Lets see...
The first 2 wks of August Dustin and I were living out of a hotel while we found a place to live. We signed out lease and offically moved into the house around Aug. 7th. Dustin started his job about that time as well. I started work at Long Beach State on Aug. 15th. Soccer kept me very busy. I travelled almost every weeked all over the west coast. Things went pretty well...no major problems. We made it to the conference tournament but lost 1st round. We were regular season champs though and go to host the conference tournament. Basketball is underway now so I will be busy with that until about....March. They are a great group of girls. So much fun to be around.
My sister Rachel came to see me in Sept. She is doing well. Jessica is coming in for Thanksgiving. I am excited about that. We (and Dustin) are going to run a Turkey Trot and then make dinner. Of course we are going to do the whole Hollywood thing and probably head up to Santa Monica. I get to see my dad in December when I go to my graduation at Austin Peay. We are meeting in Nashville. Then for Christmas (since I only get 4 days off) Dustin and I are heading to St. Louis. Going to go to a hockey game and just relax.
That is pretty much it. I hope everyone is doing great.
