Oh Christmas Tree...
Well it is Dec 2007...
So I have been married for 6 months. I am loving California (except for the traffic and the smog). I do miss the snow occasionally though...it has gotten a bit cold here lately (never stays for very long though). I am working at a junior college now...it is so much fun...I love it. Less travel and more interaction with all the sports (although football is my main responsibility). I am teaching too...mostly volunteer for now...trying to get experience...but I met with the program director at Cal State Northridge today and he said they may have a part time position opening up for the spring. I am still doing the running thing...and tons of it. I started participation in triathlons this past September...sooo much fun....much thanks to Steeny for seeing me through my first. I recently made my first trip to Vegas...so much fun!! I cant wait to go back...and to think...it is only a 4 hour drive.
So I definately said the phrase "so much fun" about 10 times in the last paragraph...but what can I say...for the most part life is good. You have the occasional ups and downs but I am trying not to dwell on them. I am meeting some awesome people out here...and they are all different but I like that...keeps you on your toes.
I decided a while ago that as part of my running I want to complete a marathon in each state...may take me some time but I am going to do it. Now I just need to get my shit together...I am going to steal a idea from a friend and make myself an awesome spreadsheet to plan all the races!!!
