You know your day is really crappy when you find yourself spending your lunch break finding rubber ducks to put in your office fountain to cheer yourself and your staff up.

Last night, I dreamed that myself, my sister and my brother-in-law were driving through Chattanooga, TN - which was largely under construction and they appeared to be building a replica of the Sunsphere from Knoxville. Been checking up on financial things and just had a startling epiphany. Provided nothing catastrophic happens, I will have my mortgage paid off in about a year, and my student loans paid off in 3-4 years (and less than that if I plow the mortgage payment into those after the mortgage is done ( Read more... )

Me: A ring-tailed lemur would be better than Trump! A mangy water-buffalo with a raging case of constipation would be better than Trump!

I did it. I gave into temptation and downloaded Pokemon Go. And I've made it to level 8 in one day by way of walking the streets of Downtown Jonesborough until 10 pm last night.

Although, I do find the emerging poke-economy emerging somewhat amusing. ;)
