The end is in sight?

Been checking up on financial things and just had a startling epiphany. Provided nothing catastrophic happens, I will have my mortgage paid off in about a year, and my student loans paid off in 3-4 years (and less than that if I plow the mortgage payment into those after the mortgage is done).

After whittling down debts for so long, I'm not sure how to feel about this.
