Taylor's mom and I painted the dining room today. She trimmed the ceiling, tops of doors and windows, and all the other high things, and I did... everything else. Taping, the rest of the trim, and rolling.

Taylor got the keys to the house yesterday. It is officially his. The move began after work last night, and over several trips we managed to get most of the small stuff out, minus dishes, clothes, and cabinet contents. The big stuff will be moved Saturday, when his mom and my dad can get the big cars out and load up the mattress and the like ( Read more... )

Remember last year, when all of my hermit crabs buried for a molt at the exact same damn time? Well, they did it again this year, but instead of there only being four hermit crabs buried in one tank, now there were 9 crabs buried in 3 tanks ( Read more... )

Yesterday, the crabbies got a 40 gallon breeder aquarium. It will be set up once we acquire a tank stand and start moving things into Taylor's new house (sometime in the next few weeks, hopefully)

Today, I stopped by PetsMart to check out how much their tank lighting/etc were. I walked out with a tiny hermit crab.
