We went to Boston for PAX East this weekend. Needless to say, I left Ohio with a boyfriend, and returned with a fiancé.

Last night was a very productive night for me. I put a bunch of our old aquariums and reptile lamps I've had sitting in the basement for the better part of a year up for sale, as well as our old range. On Friday night, we were supposed be hosting Diane, coming in from Toledo, and Emily, coming in from Chicago, overnight, so we were all in one place to depart for the Reformatory in the morning. I am cleaning up all of my accounts and Google searches for my name in preparation of entering the professional job hunting world. Luckily, Google doesn't come up with much for my name, and the only thing that could be used to link to the rest of my accounts (my LJ, my Tumblr, my Flickr...) is currently pending removal from Google's search engine. The very first teaser pictures from Silent HilloCon. Getting to the reformatory was quite an ordeal, but one that I will save for a future entry, which will hopefully include the 6 pictures I took with my own camera. I've been awake for over 36 hours and now it's time to sleep.

Tomorrow is the big event. Myself and 15+ cosplay friends have rented out the Mansfield Reformatory, and we have free reign of the place for four hours.

You know... an abandoned penitentiary. The place where they filmed Shawshank Redemption that is notoriously haunted. That place.
