Finally started the new garden today. We're putting a small plot in the front yard since it's the only reliable sunny spot. The kids were playing in the driveway yesterday, so I took the opportunity to clean out my car.  I sent little man inside to grab a paper bag where I could toss recyclables. I went running tonight for the first time since...December '06. *hangs head in shame*  With the hubby's crazy work schedule and two small kids, I couldn't find the time or the energy to bother with it. Lately, though, I've been craving it. I told PA that my feet having been itching to run and he said, "I've got a spray for that upstairs." ^_^

Me: It's G's birthday today.

 My daughter is insisting I read The Great Gatsby to her. "Boo!" she keeps yelling. That means "book, this book, read it to me now!"  They have their own bookcase, but she loves to raid the other ones.

Little girl has taken her new bed and her potty training and twisted it into an exhausting game of "stop the kid before she's running half-naked down the hall."  She knows that she can go potty whenever she wants to, so she uses it as an excuse to get out of bed every chance she gets. -Go anywhere with dubious restrooms.
-Go to one of those playgrounds that require shoe removal and be in charge of two other kids that need to put their shoes back on, too.
-Be asleep at 3 AM.
-Think about fooling around.
-Be in the middle of making a lunch that you have already postponed an hour b/c of other kid-related issues.
