Then we talked about asking another friend over for barbeque.
I want to do it on a day of fine weather.

Sakurai Sho’s daily life.

On a regular program recording day, I wake up at around 9.30am, go to the TV station at around 11am, and filming starts at around 1pm in the afternoon. After about 2 or 3 recordings, things end at about 9pm. From then there’ll be some coverage on the 5 of us together, by the time my job for the day is completed it’s 12midnight or 1am. My meals are usually settled in the TV station’s cafeteria with things like soba and such. If we’re at “VS Arashi” studio there’s catering, so that’s what I eat. Of course I’m happier with catering than bentou. Cause I can eat it hot. Recently, my boom in TBS and FujiTV stations’ cafeteria is tantanmen. Since it’s pretty troublesome if I get the soup on my outfit I actually ate in the dressing room without wearing a shirt (laugh).

Wake up around 10am, have breakfast… Oh yeah, should I try going shopping? Then I shall have lunch at around 1.30pm, and watch a movie at about 3pm? Then, I’ll go home, at around 8pm I’ll have dinner with my friends. I’ll be home by 11pm, I think I would practice piano or study English. After that, I clean up the house? (laugh) It’s a day like that.

Someday in June - Hot bath day

I went to a car renting place at around 8.30am. Together with 4 friends we rented a car, and picked up other friends at an appointed place. We went to the hot bath together as a strong group of 10. By the time we got out of the city area it was about 10.30am. Finally at about 1pm we reached the barbeque place! At that place which somewhat resembles a campsite, we played Frisbee and beach ball while pitching up the barbeque stand. From then we moved on and reached the hotel at around 6.30pm. After having dinner a little after 7pm, we did karaoke at about 9.30pm. Then I guess things ended at around 11.30pm? I went back to my room, and played card games with everyone. I slept around 1am.

Someday in June - 2nd day of hot bath trip

I woke up at 6am the next morning, first I enjoyed a hot bath, and had breakfast at 7am. I checked out from the hotel at 7.30am, and started playing golf at 9.10am. After golf I went for a bath, and it was about 5pm in the evening already. From then I headed back to the city, and returned the rented car at around 8pm. Then, I had a meal with everyone again, and we parted at 11.30pm. I made full use of my 2-days holiday I tell you (laugh). This time, I hardly recharged myself though. Cause my friends came for me you see. Though they’re friends whom I’ve always been with, we somehow talked about “no I haven’t gone there recently”, so we planned for it. There were quite a lot of people so we rented a big car, and got one of our junior to drive. It’s been quite a long time to go on a play trip with this feeling. Well, I was quite drained out actually. With “you’re not supposed to be playing you know!” as our slogan, feels kinda Spartan-ish (laugh).

Someday in June - On a certain Monday

I woke up at 10am, for 1 hour, I studied English. I went to English class from 11.30am till 1pm, and did physical training from 1.30pm to 3pm. At 4pm in the evening I joined “News Zero” meeting, since I had some free time from 6pm to 7pm, I replied some accumulated mails and spent the time leisurely. At 7pm I went to the cafeteria with Murao (Nobutaka)-san and some of the staff, and went into stand-by at around 8pm. For about one hour we were making arrangements since 8.30pm. I quickly went to change at 10pm, and went to the broadcasting floor. At 10.30pm we were at the studio doing rehearsal. The real filming started at 10.54pm. After that all of us had an evaluation meeting. Then, I guess I went home…? If I watched DVD at home, I think I fell asleep right in the middle of it. Before this I watched one, a movie DVD. By the way, recently my fixed breakfast is, hot sandwich and ice coffee of a certain coffee shop. While eating I study English there.
