I've noticed I mostly use LJ to vent, and I mostly vent in the form of music lyrics that seem appropriate to my life, at the moment that I make the post. Nights like this, when I feel so friggin single, desperate, alone, and devoid of meaning, are really awesome. Especially when couched in so much friendship around me that the fact I am miserable sticks out like a sore thumb.
