I'm kind of groggy this morning. I'm dropping things and having problems reading. I also inhaled (literally) some soda.

Zara was being cute this morning. She was rolling around on the bed, showing me her belly. Then she left for a while. Then she jumped on the bed and bounded over to where I was lying down. Hi Zara.

Yay. I received my back-up pair of glasses, and they work well. My driving glasses are still on route. But I'm no longer stuck at home.

I found two pairs of Zenni glasses that I like, although I'll sleep on the decision. I looked again at Warby Parker, but I like the Zenni glasses better and they're cheaper, so I'm not going to get Warby Parker.

I think that I want to alternate Loving Kindness Meditation and Calming Anxiety Meditation. And I think that I'll make them a half-hour because half-hour meditations seem to work really well for me.

I'm not sure what to think of the new shampoo and conditioner bars. The shampoo didn't have much of a lather, and I wasn't sure what to do with the conditioner bar so I rubbed it on my hair. But my hair has lots of volume. But it's a bit frizzy. But my hair is always a bit frizzy in this humid area. I kind of want to try Everist shampoo though.

I looked for a place to hang out in Reno when I take my California Zephyr trip because the train gets in at 8:30 AM, and my dad won't be able to get there that early. I found a restaurant with great breakfasts that's an Uber drive away. It sounds like a plan. I couldn't fall asleep until 6:30 AM last night. I think that I forgot to take my meds. And it's hot in here.

I've got my Indian cookbooks and the rice cooker! Chicken Tikka Masala looks complicated. It uses a bunch of spices that I've never heard of. Palak Paneer looks easy if I can find Paneer cheese.

Woke up at 9:30 AM. Started laundry and fed the girls.

I want to watch Heartstopper, which is a sweet queer teen love story on Netflix. It sure beats shock jocks making nasty comments on the radio, which was what we had when I was a teen. It's a much better world.
