The carpentry for the second backyard retaining wall is now complete! Next steps will be laying drain pipe and gravel, then ordering a truckload of fill dirt.

Darrin and I triumphantly returned from our week long voyage to the United Kingdom for Jen and Tom's Blessing Ceremony. The ceremony was nice and relaxed, and it was fun to get to know some of Tom's family.

this weekend's project involved replacing the serpentine belt and tensioner on the vette. 'twas my first time changing either parts, but all went relatively smoothly. darrin replaced his air filter unit, and i also took a shot of my roses that are in full bloom.

Darrin and I spend the first half of last Saturday building some ramps for our driving machines. With the low profile scoops on the front end, traditional ramps have too steep of a climb.
