Darrin and I spend the first half of last Saturday building some ramps for our driving machines. With the low profile scoops on the front end, traditional ramps have too steep of a climb. The stepped design that we used also provides some additional safety features, making it more difficult for the car to roll backwards down the ramp, or for it to tip over forwards.
I put them to their test this evening by giving the vette an oil change. The ramps worked great, but it turns out the shop that last changed my oil stripped the drain plug.
