OK so it is now March making it exactly 8 months to the day that I was hired. Its gotten a lot better. I still have questions and have trouble keeping my cool in times of crisis but I definately feel more apart of the team. And I still don't get it. I was hired at CS on July 11, 2011 and today is December 12, 2011. 6 months in.... I have been a nurse 6 months and still walk away pretty much every day feeling like I failed in one way or any other. Oh I should have done this, oh I forgot to do that. I CANT SLEEP!!!!!!! :(

I am now working night shifts and since I've done this before I know how important it is to sleep before the shift and now even more so because I have human lives in my hands *breaths* lord help me

So Im about 10 weeks into the training program. We were told going into this that we were not expected to gain miles in knowledge that they merely expected us new grads to learn time management skills and get the basics down. *breaths* I don't know anymore.
