Sorry for the long hiatus. It took me awhile to get back on the program (3 weeks instead of 5 days). But now I am back! I am on my winter break, so I started month 2 of Colonix with Toxinout. [06:15am] Woke up, went out around 6:45am
[07:40am] came back and had to rush because of a bowel movement that came out as soon as i sat down.
Took 4 Paranil Capsules with a glass of water, and ~15min later the fiber. ate soup for breakfast

Day 21

I'm sorry I haven't posted from Day 14-20. Missed 6 days of recording. But I've been sticking to the program. I during this time i haven't had a chance to take toxinout. But I do take detoxgreen.

Still get cramps when i wake up in the morning. The poo moving through intestines.

i went this morning, went to to work went after work and then

woke up early. didn't take the paranil and the fiber until 8:15- then 8:35.
bowel movement before that and bowel movement again.

noticed some black stuff in stool.
and some blood spots. i think b/c it comes out like water and quick.
i'll be ok.
