Day 13
Today is day 13, I missed 2 entries. Well yesterday I didn't get to take 4 toxinout capsules.
I didn't have a mild cramp. I went slightly later. then i ate a cirtrus fruit and went again. Drinking allot of water.
Will leave for class around noon.
Sometimes extremely sick things come out. Like yellow poo look like in a sack.
and today i saw a black thing. didn't investigate. just flushed it down.
