Day 23

Nov 30, 2006 01:11

I apologize for being a terrible colonix blogging.

Some changes I've noticed are the increased and longer stools i've had in the morning.
I would have a single bowel movement followed by another single bowel movement and i would replenish lost fluids by drinking water again after taking paranil. and then the third usually comes diahrea like all mostly in the morning.

Then as i move throughout the day I might get another bowel movement in the evening, assuming i have eating enough.

I have noticed strengthening of my bones and overall feeling much better.
This is a great program! I just need to eat mor and drink more water as this reduces the hunger pan a little.

When my stomach is empty, i feel somewhat wearker or tired. But that may be due to lack of sleep as I have longer days in college and working late shifts.

Stools are formed, long, and today I noticed a cartilige sort of ropey thing connecting my poop.
I see specks of white stuff in the poop. waht the heck is it? I've never investigated.

i did notice a rash form on my left arm near my elbow. (this could be a cleansing reaction they speak of) i put some Olux on it.

That's all for now!

hi. was just wondering (i'm starting the colonix prog. soon) whether you've ever had trouble flushing some of this down the toilet? ours is somewhat sensitive so i'm concerned i'll be forever plunging or worse if that doesn't work...also,i'm a new teacher and have to get up so early as it is, and i fear having to now spend all kinds of time (time i don't have) at the toilet in the am hours before leaving. then at the school itself, the restroom is a 2-stall one w/o lots of privacy. thanks for your input!

i apologize for the late reply.

congratulations on starting the program!
as of late as the amount that leaves my colon increases. i have noticed it to potentially clog the toilet (in the morning. Scott tissue works best for this as it is extremely thin and disintegrates better than other brands.

as for spending all kinds of time in the toilet:
the kleri-tea you take before bed the night before will not have you put much effort in evacuation. as soon as you get up, you'll feel it moving through your colon, and eventually that bowel movement as the fiber has a bulking ingredient: pysillium that makes it heavier. if not drink water or eat breakfast and you'll be going to the bathroom very soon.

it won't have you spend too much time.
just drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.

hope this helps.
