I've been watching The Wire, and I kinda sorta miss Charm City. Not that The Wire's Baltimore was ever my Baltimore, but the idea of Baltimore makes me sad for it. I miss the City Paper, Hampden, even Greenmount and the stretches of fried chicken joints/hairstylists/bail bondsmen/check chasing/corner churches/liquor stores ( Read more... ) -

Back in MA.
The things that need to be done: get a job, arrange haircut appointments, crown a tooth (king?), deal with the crushing weight of responsibility for the world suddenly thrust upon my shoulders.

New Year's Revolution
