So I just finished knitting my clapotis. I have yet to weave in the ends. But as I was finishing the unravelment of the drop-stitch ladders, I discovered a problem: I forgot to drop one of the stitches.

Now, it's very close to the end, so I could, at least in theory, rip back a bit and fix it. But the yarn is slippery and likes to un-ply itself ( Read more... )

After lying dormant in the stash for almost a year, my Clap has been revived and is now very near completion! I'm pretty impressed with how much I've done in the last week - when I picked it back up, I was on straight-row repeat #4, row 4. Now I'm on decrease-row repeat #3 (#4?), row 2. Hey all! I'm cooking right along on the Clapotis, and I am LOVING it!
