Just yesterday, we went to the Sweetwater Casino to celebrate my niece's birthday. Not twelve hours after we left, the place was struck by lightning and subsequently burnt to the ground. Doctor's appointment went alright - got all my prescriptions filled, and even got some free samples of my nasal spray (usually 100 bucks a bottle, so woo!). Medication is still wince-worthy expensive, though. I really hope whomever we elect this time around isn't a) a complete idiot and b) will do something about health care. Right now, I'm extremely depressed about not getting to talk to Aus at his lunch break. My father wasn't feeling up to driving and wanted me to drive him and my mother somewhere, and we didn't get back until after 3. That makes me very sad.
