Oh man, I'll admit I mud-wrestled struggled with the story I wrote, but this whole experience was loads of fun. Hence, even though I swore off fic exchanges (my beta can verify), I am TEMPTED by this holiday-themed exchange you speak of...

I was going through a really bad case of writer's block while this exchange (my first one ever) was going on. I'm not 100% thrilled about what I submitted, but favorite_song seemed to have enjoyed it. I'm glad. And I'm absolutely signing up for the next one, just because I want to one up myself. (Yes, this'll probably happen every single time.)

Your story was more than I ever could have expected from such a spur-of-the-moment prompt as "The Cab work in a circus."
