It came to my attention today that I haven't posted in a month. No, don't blame Twitter, it's pretty much for random crap I wouldn't post here anyway.

I rescued a baby Purple Martin this afternoon with naught but a ladder, a broom, a ribbon, and a hose to fend off a cat. Now I know why people who work in wildlife rescue consider it an adventure.
