Hooray for strength building!  I've been losing alot of stomach fat, and gaining ALOT of muscle in my whole body.   The ab crunch machine I maxed out at about 150 and then took extra weights and brought it up to about 175 (b/c I couldn't find any more weights! DAMMIT!) and did about 100 reps of that and it didn't hurt or anything.  I've moved up ( Read more... )
