Hooray for strength building! I've been losing alot of stomach fat, and gaining ALOT of muscle in my whole body. The ab crunch machine I maxed out at about 150 and then took extra weights and brought it up to about 175 (b/c I couldn't find any more weights! DAMMIT!) and did about 100 reps of that and it didn't hurt or anything. I've moved up from 70 lbs on the lateral pull down to 190 and that's only in a matter of 5 days. The butterfly I'm still not too great, only 65.5 or something like that. But I love it! Gettin stronger, gettin better lookin, and getting happier with every time I work out! ^___^ Check facebook.
