For my great cooking debut in my family, I've been asked to prepare Easter Sunday dinner. Problem is, I have not a clue what kinds of things are normally served for this occasion. I know of brisket, and ham, but what else? I'm looking for all options, drinks, appetizers, entrees, salads, desserts, sides etc.

My boyfriend's sick so he gets chicken soup with the added benefit of vitamin C-ful tomatoes and lots of cayenne pepper to clear his sinuses. Or you can think of it as spicy minestrone with tortillas.
