I'm in Las Vegas right now getting ready to board a flight back home. Just spent four days in Sin City to run the Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half Marathon and it was fantastic. So it occurred to me that even though probably like two people on my list even care, but I totally forgot to mention the different races I'm doing over the next, umm...5 months or so?

Here's a quick run down (ha):

Watched the series premiere of 'New Girl' tonight and I have to say of all the new series that have so far come out (and that I've seen via the internets or through dvr), this pilot is by far my favorite. I've been feeling really awesome lately, at least health-wise, and I'd like to think that at least part of that has to do with the food that I'm eating, or in this case, drinking. I have at least one smoothie a day before I go for a workout, and sometimes I even make enough for afterwards.

Like I said, I love my blender.
