Holy wordcount, Batman.  Today was productive on most every front.  Work (of course), writing, gym, cleaned the kitchen, didn't pig out, and managed to be a good friend.  And not to freak out too much about The Waiting.  That could almost be a King book...The Waiting, a tale of obsession, lunacy and publishing.

I think Iron & Ice might be a novella, not a novel.  Maybe 40,000 words or so...but that's okay if that's the way things roll.  Novellas are fun...they can go places novels can't, much like a black-bag operative for the government.
