Dehydration + stress + too much screen time = Fighting a hell of a Migraine today. Just finished my bills. Been drinking a ton of water. Getting away from this screen.

I'd been taking it intermittently instead of the pain meds they were prescribing and they prescribed it to me again Monday as part of my weaning process.
