Today was my first day 'officially' back on Tramadol. I'd been taking it intermittently instead of the pain meds they were prescribing and they prescribed it to me again Monday as part of my weaning process. I can at least say I'm actually doing better than I was, save for my legs and hips

Silly kitty! Carter spent most of last night climbing on my face, thanks to the thunderstorms.

Also, those lettuce-wrap tacos sound good. Good thing I already ate!

They're pretty good. Not the best keto friendly recipe but there's not much sauce.
