I got to go to my very first Beekeeper's Association Meeting tonight! The room was packed and everyone who spoke was so knowledgeable and infused the whole evening with humor and light. They talked quite a bit about wooden ware, which are the hives and hive components, and shared insight into the trials and tribulations of beekeeping. Swarming, ( Read more... ) -

I've been working on my business for a while now. Getting it all set and ready to go. I've been trying to feel good about the work I *have* done for it and trying to continue to feel accomplished despite the fact that I have very few patients as of this time.

It's amazing what creating a nurturing and orderly space can do for a person. I spent the last couple of afternoons/evenings frantically nailing, hammering and screwing (furniture people! get your minds out of the gutter!) and have discovered that I *love* having an office space that's all my own. Doing it anyway
I'm scared to death of starting my acupuncture practice. I have so many thoughts going on in my head, so many old patterns that tell me I didn't study hard enough, I don't know enough. It's ridiculous. And it's intense. I'm not sure exactly how I got to this place. The pattern has been with me since I was a child. I do know that after my mom died ( Read more... )
