I got to go to my very first Beekeeper's Association Meeting tonight! The room was packed and everyone who spoke was so knowledgeable and infused the whole evening with humor and light. Oh my god that is so cool! I cannot wait to have a yard one day so I can have a bunny!

The closest you have to come to my hive is the honey I'll give you when there's enough. I'm really excited though to work with them. It just sounds like such a warm present way to work. It's funny, they actually talked about how bees know when you're happy and positive and when you're angry or irritated and they react to that. So you literally *have* to get yourself in a good mood if you're going to go out and work with them.

That just makes me glad.

I can't wait until you have bunnies! They're just so adorable and sweet. Kirk's folks have a little nesting bunny that finds a spot on their property about twice a year to have her little ones. They are so cute!
